Dear Hearing Healthcare of East Gwillimbury Patients,

Based on the current Covid-19 situation we are welcoming patients back by appointment only in order to ensure social distancing measures and reduce the risk of infection. Our office will be open Monday to Fridays from 8:30am-4pm. Extended hours will be permitted on a case to case basis.

To that end, we have made some changes to how we work so we can offer services to patients like you safely and in compliance with our national and provincial guidance. The next time you visit, you will notice some changes in our procedures in the interest of protecting everyone’s health.:

• Pre-screening patients for symptoms
• Staggered appointment times to limit patient-to-patient exposure
• Improved cleaning and disinfection procedures
• Physical and social distancing measures

If you had an appointment cancelled during the pandemic, we will call you to reschedule. Otherwise, please call us at 905-478-2929, so we can help you with all your hearing and hearing aid needs.
